[BUG] ISO 13-11

Here's an update:

* I have obtained a copy of the 1978 edition of ISO 13-11.

It does not have a section on coordinate systems, but does include the
standard usage for spherical harmonics, with the "physics" convention
for the angles (which is used universally in this context).

* There is also an American standard: ANSI/IEEE Std 260.3-1993.

Item number 9.6.2.10 gives spherical coordinates as "rho, phi, theta"
using the "math" convention. (At least this is right-handed...)

* My library has ordered a copy of the 1992 edition.

I'll let you know what it says as soon as it arrives.

* A new edition, ISO/CD 80000-2, is due out in 2009.
